About us

The object and purpose of our company is to promote the reputation and development of the town of Ostseebad Kühlungsborn. The aim is to increase the attractiveness, cooperative urban development and vitalization of the town in the leisure and tourism sector, as well as the associated activities, such as the provision of comprehensive services in the field of tourism administration and marketing of the predicatized seaside resort.

The tasks assigned to Tourismus, Freizeit & Kultur GmbH Kühlungsborn represent services of general economic interest which are supported by a public purpose.
You will find us in the listed Villa LAETITIA, the Haus des Gastes in Ostseeallee 19, right next to the town hall of Ostseebad Kühlungsborn.

The listed building was built by the Berlin painter Amalie Kobsin in 1906 as a painting school and boarding school for girls. The „Villa Laetita“ was extensively renovated between 2000 and 2002 and has since served as the headquarters of Tourismus, Freizeit & Kultur GmbH Kühlungsborn.
