For more than 100 years, the Molli has been driving on the 15 km long stretch from Bad Doberan, via Heiligendamm to today's Kühlungsborn.
At that time as a convenient means of locomotion, now used as a cool holiday experience – for every age class, the steam locomotive is a must if you are on a holiday here on the Baltic coast. Unlike normal trains, the Molli-Bäderbahn not only serves to get from A to B, but also to experience a bit of history. In the summer months and also from December to the beginning of January you will find a saloon car with hot and cold drinks and cakes and pastries.
The Molli was known worldwide as the official and only means of transport of the G8 Summit in Heiligendamm (2007).
